The incumbent will be provide essential support to the Managing Director by performing various administrative, clerical, organizational tasks, as well as taking on facets of business administration. This role requires strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills to effectively contribute to the smooth operation of our business.
Duties will include the following:
As the central point of contact, ensure the smooth flow of administrative processes within the business units and coordinate all appointments for the business unit management.
Furthermore, you support management in projects and creating presentations,
Support work of Managing Director, management of appointments, calendar and telephone calls, provide infor mation about visitors and visit preparations, organization of internal and external meetings including special require ments of Senior leadership management Team (C-SALT), preparation of documents for information and/or signature of management
Ensure the archiving of documentation done properly
Compose written statements, minutes of a meeting, inquiries and other documents upon Management’s requests.
Work closely with the Senior leadership management Team to brainstorm, execute and promote compelling content in support of brand building within employees in company and to keep colleagues engaged, empowered and well informed about the business
Share internal information according to communications strategy, communication plans and concepts and print materials.
Networking, build relationships within company as you will have contact to top management and get insights to the current topics from the Business Units.
Create a supportive and collaborative work atmosphere with internal and external business partners
Support with every day commercial tasks (e.g. documentation, printing of documents, drafting of basic letters, com piling information etc.)
Provide company secretarial assistance e.g. arrange dates for board meetings and annual general meetings, and prepare board packs; complete documents for annual filings, ensure company documents and minutes are properly filed on internal filing system; assist with the drafting of board minutes and resolutions
Correspond with external and internal people on behalf of the teams Organizing conferences and any other events. Issuing of invitation, arrange venue, catering, coordinating speakers and controlling event budget
Organizing courier shipments of documents, samples, and other materials to external stakeholders and remote locations

Candidate Requirements
Minimum Grade 12 (Matric)
Diploma or equivalent certification in administration management or related fields
Minimum 3 years proven Secretarial and Administrative experience
Experience in working within the Industrial Chemical Manufacturing Industry, or similar environment will be advanta geous
SAP Experience would be anadvantage
