• Comparing PRP reports over periods of times, tracking trends and generating statistics.
• Communicating results of analysis to relevant management including recommendations on corrective action and/or improvement.
• Assisting in conducting monthly reviews of wage cost and performances as per Business Units / sites.
• Ensuring timely capturing and control of decentralised contract schedules.
• Ensuring that contract schedule requirements on PRP is maintained, liaising with Sales and Operations to maintain contract requirements.
• Ensuring that PRP is updated and amended with new and lost business.
• Updating contract requirements.
• Ensuring the decentralised loading of sundry services onto the rostering system.

• Administration of all wage related processed from HR department, including new employees, terminations, resignation, salary structures and restructuring, leave planning and provisions, sick leave, allowances, and promotions Nationally.
• Drafting, planning and carrying out of in-house training on systems and procedures and induction of new employees relating to rosters and uniforms
• Drafting and implementing systems and procedures
• Structuring Salary packages, and contract cost, escalations, downgrading and financial implications about all.
• Submission and drafting of all statistical data to Managing Director pertaining to overall operational running of guarding wages.
• Monthly sales analysis, GP Manpower, escalations, and financial shortcomings
• Analyzing monthly financial reports about budgetary requirements.
• Quarterly and monthly presentations on regional and national budgetary accomplishments.
• Drafting of reports and maintaining records.
