- Grade 12
- Tertiary qualification will be beneficial but not essential
- 3+ years experience in an Executive Assistant role
- Computer literate
- Strong administrative skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong personality
- Valid drivers license and own reliable transport
- General Personal Assistant Duties
- Updating and organising files
- Using discretion when answering calls
- Booking boardrooms
- Efficiently manage diary, including scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and adjusting the schedule as needed
- Preparing and completing documents, ensuring accuracy and timelines
- Scheduling/attending meetings, providing necessary assistance and acting as a liaison as required
- Update all administration spreadsheets accordingly (Google Docs / Google Sheets)
- Copying, scanning and filing of documents
- Serving as the primary point of contact, handling communications and inquiries with discretion and professionalism.
- Overseeing the management of company policies and conducting asset tracking to ensure accurate records and compliance.
- Prepared and distributed agendas and minutes for meetings, ensuring accurate documentation
- Coordinated vehicle maintenance bookings, managed license renewals when needed
