We are looking for a Site Administrator to manage front desk operations and provide excellent service to tenants. This role includes handling tenant queries, collecting payments, maintaining property management records, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the building.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist tenants and visitors at the front desk.
- Collect payments and update records on the property management system.
- Communicate with tenants regarding lease expirations, renewals, and payments.
- Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up with the facilities team.
- Perform daily floor checks of common areas and prepare rooms for move-ins/move-outs.
- Maintain records of transactions and provide daily reports to head office.
Requirements:
- Grade 12 qualification.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Bilingual with fluency in English and at least one African language.
- Friendly, well-presented, and people-oriented.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
