Our client, a company that specializes in the distribution and supply of fabrics and textiles for interior decorators and related industries, i s look for a Sales Administrator a combination of tele sales and administrative experience.
The ideal candidate should be proficient in back-office customer service and support, with strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. The position requires a team player who is motivated to meet monthly group sales targets.
Minimum Requirements:
Proven tele sales and administrative experience.
Ability to work under pressure and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
Strong team player with a drive to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
Familiarity with CRM systems (Palladium CRM preferred; training will be provided).
Experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or service-based environment.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused approach.
Willingness to work extended hours as required.
No textile industry experience necessary, but prior administrative or sales experience is a plus.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Handle tele sales, including responding to customer queries related to pricing, stock availability, and delivery schedules.
Capture and process customer orders, generate invoices, and update orders on the courier portal for dispatching.
Manage customer communications through various channels such as email, WhatsApp, and phone calls.
Provide timely follow-up with customers regarding product deliveries and resolving any issues.
Maintain and update customer information in the Palladium CRM system.
Liaise with customers to introduce new products and services, offering support as needed.
Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve monthly group sales targets.
Ensure all administrative tasks, including order processing and customer data updates, are completed efficiently.
