Verantwoordelikhede:
- Algemene Administrasie:
- Hantering van kwaliteitsdokumente wat voltooi en nagegaan moet word.
- Liassering en organisasie van alle administratiewe dokumente.
- Administrasie van debiteure en krediteure.
- Laai van betalings en hantering van finansiële transaksies.
- Versekering en Kwaliteitsbeheer:
- Verseker alle versekering- en kwaliteitsdokumentasie is in orde en op datum.
- Subkontrakteur en Verskaffers Administrasie:
- Koördineer en administreer dokumentasie en kontrakte met subkontrakteurs en verskaffers.
- Bestuur van eiendomsdokumente en ander administratiewe take wat met eiendom verband hou.
- Plant Administrasie:
- Administrasie van plantonderhoud, insluitend lisensies en inspeksies.
- Koördinering van diensplanne en instandhouding vir planttoerusting.
- Persoonlike Assistent vir Direkteure:
- Ondersteun die direkteure met hul administratiewe en organisatoriese take.
Vereistes:
- Minimum van 2 jaar ondervinding in 'n soortgelyke rol.
- Sterk organisatoriese vaardighede en die vermoë om onder druk te werk.
- Vermoë om verantwoordelikheid te neem vir take en probleme op te los.
- Sterk in druk situasies.
- Goeie interpersoonlike vaardighede en vermoë om saam te werk met verskeie afdelings.

Location: Weavind Park, Pretoria
Responsibilities:
- General Administration:
- Handling of quality documents that need to be completed and reviewed.
- Filing and organizing all administrative documents.
- Administering debtors and creditors.
- Processing payments and handling financial transactions.
- Insurance and Quality Control:
- Ensuring all insurance and quality documentation is in order and up to date.
- Subcontractor and Supplier Administration:
- Coordinating and managing documentation and contracts with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Managing property documents and other administrative tasks related to property management.
- Plant Administration:
- Administering plant maintenance, including licenses and inspections.
- Coordinating service plans and maintenance for plant equipment.
- Personal Assistant to Directors:
- Supporting the directors with administrative and organizational tasks.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to take responsibility for tasks and resolve problems.
- Strong under pressure.
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with different departments.
