- Credit card applications/cancellations and liaison with the banks.
- Monitor expenditure and credit card limits.
- Managing the applications/cancellations and liaison with the banks regarding fleet cards.
- Managing the fleet card credit limits.
- Resolving the fleet card declined transactions.
- Monitoring the fleet card expenditures.
- Fleet card exception reporting.
- Keeping updated with the insurance in line with the FAR and liaison with the brokers and insurers.
- Insurance claim submission and follow ups.
- Applying and cancelling cell phone contracts and liaison with the service providers.
- Managing the cell phone contracts and reporting.
- Stock take coordination.
- Capturing and reporting on stock take.
- Petty cash control.
- Fixed asset coordination and reporting.
- Buying, selling, transferring governance of fixed assets.
- Vehicle tracking applications /cancellations and liaison with the service provider.
- Intercompany transactions monitoring.
- Development of administrative procedures.
