MacRobert Inc has a position available for a Messenger/Administrative Assistant in our Property and Estates Department at our Pretoria Office!
Experience & Qualifications:
- Matric
- At least 1-2 years’ experience in a similar position
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Advanced Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy with administrative work
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with colleagues and external stakeholders
- Valid drivers license
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Attend at the Master’s Office and Deeds Office
- Delivery and collection of legal documentation as requested by Directors and/or Associates
- Prepare and sort documentation
- Ad hoc administration
