NDC Personnel is seeking a dedicated Outbound Cold Chain Manager to join an established FMCG / Agri company based in the Western Cape.

Candidate Requirements

To be considered for this vacancy, you must have an NQF Level 6 diploma in supply chain, logistics, or commerce, as well as a minimum of 3 years' experience in a management role in a similar environment. You should also have solid knowledge and understanding of cold store plant equipment.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of their cold store facility, managing pallet distribution and overseeing quality management. You will also manage the relevant cold stores as well as the maintenance thereof.

Additional responsibilities include supplier contract management, reporting, and people management.
