- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment within the restaurant or retail trade sector.
- Relevant HR qualification
- Must be willing and able to travel nationwide to visit retail outlets and attend recruitment events.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Proficiency in HR software and recruitment tools is a plus.
