Are you an experienced engineering leader with a passion for renewable energy and sustainable solutions?

Our client is looking for an innovative Engineering Manager to join their team and help drive the next generation of clean energy projects. In this key role, you'll oversee engineering operations, inspire a talented team, and play a crucial part in shaping a greener future.

Requirements:

· 6+ Years of experience in the solar industry.

· Minimum of 3 years in a managerial or leadership position with a background in technical consulting, EPC or Asset Management.

· Excellent understanding of PVSyst, AutoCAD and SketchUps to do modeling, design, analysis, optimization, monitoring, control, and automation for PV and BESS systems.

· Strong knowledge of electrical systems (LV/MV/HV, protection logic and termination, structural design components and solar equipment manufacturers.

Responsibilities:

· Team Leadership and Stakeholder Management

(Lead the engineering and technology team, develop, execute, and uphold team management processes and assist customers and business development teams)

· Technical Design Knowledge and Project Management

(Provide hands-on technical support to country and corporate teams in the design and design review of pre-construction projects, implementation of design for construction projects and review and approval of the AS-BUILT designs.)

· Perform Compliance and Quality Control
