Our client has an amazing opportunity for a Candidate/Pr Quantity Surveyor based in Centurion, Gauteng

Industry: PQS

Level: Mid-Senior

Key Requirements:

•           Bachelor’s/Honors Degree in Quantity Surveying.

•           Valid SAQSP Registration as a Candidate or PrQS

•           4+ years’ experience in a Consultant/Client QS position within a private SA firm.

•           Experience with commercial and industrial greenfield refurbishment and construction projects.

•           Strong understanding of Building Contracts Administration and JBCC knowledge.

•           Proficient in managing multi-discipline project AEC systems and working alongside BIM Managers.

•           Practical industry knowledge and experience in order of magnitudes, estimates, and BOQs.

Personal Attributes:

•           Proven ability to manage Quantity Surveying tasks from inception to completion and FM handover.

•           Strong public relations and client management skills, with a focus on maintaining positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.

•           Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.

•           Effective communicator with practical experience in a multidisciplinary team environment.
