Job description:
As a Property Administrator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administrative tasks related to the management of various properties. This includes coordinating maintenance requests, processing lease agreements, managing tenant relations, and ensuring the overall efficiency and effectiveness of property operations.
Responsibilities:
- Liaise with property owners, tenants, and vendors to address any maintenance issues or concerns
- Process and track lease agreements, renewals, and terminations
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of property expenses, various monthly reporting, and financial transactions
- Coordinate property inspections and ensure compliance with local regulations and building codes
- Assist with the marketing and leasing of available properties
- Respond to tenant inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, real estate management, or a related field
- Previous experience in property management or real estate administration
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software
- Knowledge of local real estate laws and regulations
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Must be detail-oriented and have a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for property visits
