Duties:

Managing Incoming Emails
Responding to Doctors and Patients: Interacting with both medical professionals and patients
Handling Patients Handed Over to Attorneys
Experience with High Volumes
Thriving in High-Stress Environments
Tech Savy
Strong Character

Requirements:

Effective Time Management and Record keeping;
Methodical;
Able to work under pressure;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with superiors, colleagues, and customers;
Aattentive to detail, and ability to multi-task and to be able to use own initiative
Accurate, numerate, with good experience in Credit Control field, and ability to impart knowledge
Experience in the medical industry (Advantageous)
