Candidate Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Manage, supervise, and mentor a team of electricians and ensure smooth coordination between the electrical team and other departments.
• Project Management: Oversee all electrical projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Compliance: Ensure that all electrical work complies with regulatory standards and company policies, including health and safety regulations.
• Maintenance and Repairs: Ensure that all electrical systems are maintained in good working condition and promptly attend to any electrical faults.
• Installation Supervision: Oversee the installation of electrical equipment, machinery, and infrastructure in new or existing facilities.
• Resource Management: Ensure that adequate materials, tools, and equipment are available for electrical work, and maintain accurate records of usage.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the production, engineering, and maintenance teams to ensure uninterrupted operations and resolve any electrical-related issues that arise.

Requirements:

• Wireman’s License (Mandatory).
• Minimum of [insert years] years’ experience as an Electrical Manager, preferably in the FMCG industry.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, standards, and regulations.
