Assist the Development Team Lead in managing and overseeing the development projects from conception to completion.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
Ensure resource availability and allocation.
Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.
Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using
appropriate verification techniques.
Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
Report and escalate to management as needed.
Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Handle administrative tasks for the Development Team Lead, such as schedulingmeetings, preparing reports, and managing correspondence.
Act as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on all matterspertaining to the Development

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree, diploma, or relevant coursework in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is advantageous.
Project Management Certification is desirable.

Experience

Proven experience in Project Management within the IT sector, with at least 3 years in a PM role.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite of applications (Word'Excel, PowerPoint, Teams etc) id required
Experience with version control systems like Git is desireable
Experience with data processing, automation, and report generation.
Experience working as a Personal Assistant in an administrative role isadvantageous.

Skills and Knowledge

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Ability tp manage multipule tasks and priorities effectively
Strong organizational , communication and project management skills
Familiarity with SQL Server Management studio and database management practices is considered a plus ,but not mandatory
Knowledge of the software development lifecycle is desirable.
