RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Direct / Control work & resources of the Company / Ensure on-going recruitment & retention staff
* Prepare a corporate and annual business plan; monitor progress; ensure Company attains objectives as cost-effectively & efficiently
* Provide strategic advice / guidance to the Board and senior managers (developments within the industry)
* Research & development programmes
* Marketing & PR strategies
* Negotiations with customers, suppliers, government departments & other contacts to secure the most effective contract terms for the Company.
* Direct & maintain total quality management systems
* Implementation of equal opportunitiy policies in all aspects of the Company
* Preparation of the annual report and accounts of the Company and ensure approval
* Budgets - Capital Budget responsibility As per Annual Budget and Revenue responsibility As per Annual Budget

- Branch Management: 5 to 6 years
Candidate Requirements
EDUCATION - Degree in Commerce/Engineering or a professional qualification
ADVANTAGE - Related Post Graduate Qualification/MBA
PREFERRED: Professional registration
EXPERIENCE
10 Years general work experience of which 3+ years in a senior Management role
Proven record of success in a manufacturing/industrial industry
