Internal Sales Agent

Location: Moreleta Park
Salary: R15,000 + commission (depending on experience)
Working Hours: Weekdays: 07h30 – 17h00; Every 2nd Saturday and public holidays: 08h00 – 12h00
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to both walk-in and existing customers.
- Assist customers with product selection, offering sound advice based on their needs.
- Prepare and provide formal quotes to customers in a timely manner.
- Process sales transactions efficiently and professionally.
- Assist with product ordering and managing stock levels.
- Stay updated on new products and market trends in the electrical industry.
- Ensure that the sales floor is organized and well-stocked with relevant products.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
- At least 3 years of sales experience in the electrical wholesale or retail sector, or within an electrical institution.
- Strong knowledge of electrical products such as sockets, light fittings, cabling, switchgear, and solar solutions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle customer inquiries professionally.
Key Skills and Certifications:
- In-depth product knowledge of electrical products currently available on the market.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively assist customers.
- Ability to manage and maintain stock levels and place product orders as required.
- Proficiency in handling sales processes, from quotes to transactions.

Sleutelverantwoordelikhede:
- Verskaf uitstekende kliëntediens aan beide stap-in en bestaande klante.
- Help klante met produkkeuse deur goeie advies te bied volgens hul behoeftes.
- Stel formele kwotasies op en voorsien dit betyds aan klante.
- Hanteer verkoopsinskrywings doeltreffend en professioneel.
- Help met produkbestellings en bestuur van voorraadvlakke.
- Bly op hoogte van nuwe produkte en markneigings in die elektriese industrie.
- Verseker dat die verkoopsarea georganiseer en goed gevul is met relevante produkte.
Minimum Kwalifikasies en Ervaring:
- Minstens 3 jaar verkoopservaring in die elektriese groothandel- of kleinhandelsektor, of binne 'n elektriese instansie.
- Sterk kennis van elektriese produkte soos proppe, ligtoebehore, kabels, skakeltuig, en sonkragoplossings.
- Die vermoë om in 'n vinnige omgewing te werk en kliënte se navrae professioneel te hanteer.
Sleutelvaardighede en Sertifiserings:
- In-diepte produkkennis van elektriese produkte wat tans op die mark beskikbaar is.
- Sterk kommunikasie- en interpersoonlike vaardighede om kliënte doeltreffend by te staan.
- Die vermoë om voorraadvlakke te bestuur en produkbestellings te plaas soos benodig.
- Vaardigheid in die hantering van verkoopsprosesse, van kwotasies tot transaksies.
