Are you a skilled Refrigeration Technician looking for a new opportunity in the Western Cape? Join an FMCG team where you’ll ensure the proper servicing and maintenance of all refrigeration equipment!

Candidate Requirements

In this role you must have a valid Trade Test as well as Cat B refrigeration training, and 2 - 5 years’ experience in Freon & Ammonia refrigeration. You should have solid electrical and maintenance knowledge.

You will repair and maintain Ammonia and Freon refrigeration systems, including conducting daily checks to identify any faults and following the maintenance schedule. You’ll ensure safety protocols are followed, assist other Refrigeration Technicians and ensure good housekeeping practices are observed.

Your maintenance responsibilities will include refrigeration plants, compressors, condensers, pumps, valves, heat exchangers and cold storage rooms.
