Our client, is a leading player in the hoisting industry, providing top-notch design, manufacturing, supply, installation, and commissioning services for winders, winches, hoists, and related equipment. Currently, they have an opportunity for a Sales Administrator their team. This role involves assisting the Spares and Services, Sales and Marketing Teams and Project Managers - communicating with and maintaining a key focus on documentation.
Primary Responsibilities:

- Receive, register, evaluate and clarify documentation.
- Obtaining accurate pricing for Spares and Services offers/tenders as well as preparing pricing schedules for quotations and assisting with the compilation and submission of tenders/quotations
- Receive and assess clients purchase orders, and submission of formal receipt of order
- Formally hand orders over to Engineering, Production and Service Departments
- Preparation and circulation of handover meeting minutes
- Interaction with respective Project Managers, keeping them informed of spares and components offered as part of mechanical upgrades and minor sales. Assist Project Managers with compiling and costing projects specific recommended spares list
- Provide feedback to the Sales and Marketing Heads
Minimum Requirements:
- Min 2 years’ experience in Sales/ Sales Administrator within the Engineering/Mining Industry
- Technical Engineering Qualification
