360 Degree Solutions is a forward-thinking company that excels in delivering top-notch ERP systems and debit order collection facilities to our clients. We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Technical & Customer Support representative
The successful candidate will initially be offered a three-month contract, with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent role based on performance and achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs) during the initial period. Comprehensive training and evaluations will be provided to ensure proficiency in all assigned duties.
Key Responsibilities:

Customer Training: Provide training sessions to new clients on how to use our products effectively.

Technical Support: Assist customers with troubleshooting and resolving simple technical issues.

Hardware Installation: Install and configure access control and POS hardware for clients, ensuring everything works smoothly. Limited to printer and scanner installation; full training provided.

New Client Onboarding: Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring they have a seamless start.

Data Processing: Use Excel to manage and process client data efficiently.

Reporting: Provide reports to management highlighting recurring issues to be addressed.

Training Material: Create training materials in short videos, images, and written documents covering specific areas of the solution accessible to our clients.
Required Skills
- Customer Support: 1 to 2 years
- Hardware Installation: 1 year or less
- Technical Support: 1 to 2 years

Experience:

Experience in training or onboarding new clients is a plus.
Any coursework or certifications related to IT, customer support, or technical fields is beneficial.
Working Hours:

Monday to Thursday: 8am to 5pm

Friday: 8am to 4pm
The position includes a weekly performance bonus.
