- Prepare detailed financial reports, analysis, and presentations for senior management, the board of directors, and regulatory bodies.
- Liaise with external auditors, regulatory authorities, and financial institutions to maintain compliance and support strategic goals.
- Manage the financial health of the organization by monitoring financial performance, identifying risks, and implementing corrective actions as necessary.

Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a finance role within the insurance sector, with at least 1 year in a managerial capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of the South African insurance regulatory environment, with a strong focus on micro-insurance being a significant advantage.
- Proven experience in strategic financial planning and management.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to guide and mentor the finance team
