Operations Manager Responsibilities:
Coordination and Scheduling: Oversee and manage the scheduling of truck drivers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
Fleet Maintenance: Ensure regular maintenance and repairs of the fleet to maintain operational efficiency.
Compliance: Monitor and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Process Optimization: Implement cost-saving measures and optimize operational processes.
Client and Supplier Relations: Maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers.
Fleet Controller Responsibilities:
Vehicle Management: Keep track of vehicle availability, service intervals, and ensure vehicles are clean and ready for hire.
Driver Management: Schedule shifts, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with driving regulations.
Inspection and Documentation: Conduct vehicle inspections, manage records, and ensure all documentation is up to date.
Customer Assistance: Assist customers with vehicle bookings and address any issues related to vehicle performance

Candidate Requirements
Qualifications: A background in transportation and logistics.

Experience: Relevant work experience in fleet management or operations management.
