Core Group is a dynamic and innovative consumer technology company committed to delivering exceptional products and services. As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a Channel Programme Manager to optimise our channel operations and strengthen relationships with our partners.
Position Overview:
As a Channel Programme Manager, you will be instrumental in supporting and managing day-to-day operations with our channel partners. This role focuses on ensuring seamless communication, operational efficiency, and strong partner engagement. You will coordinate between internal teams and external partners, providing the necessary resources and guidance to maximise performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Channel Partner Support: Serve as the main point of contact for channel partners, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely support to ensure an excellent partner experience.
- Order Processing & Fulfilment: Oversee the order management process from placement to delivery, ensuring accuracy and efficiency for all channel orders.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal teams to maintain sufficient stock for channel partners.
- Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to provide sales materials, proof of execution reports, and track sales performance for channel partners.
- Partner Onboarding & Training: Assist in the onboarding and training of new partners, equipping them with the tools and resources to effectively represent Core Group products.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyse partner performance metrics, generating regular reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for operational improvement.
- Process Improvement: Continuously assess and enhance channel programme operations for greater efficiency.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, acting as an advocate for their needs and ensuring their long-term success.
Requirements:
- Senior High School Certificate Completed
- 2-4 years of experience in channel management, operations, or sales support
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and facilitate training sessions for large groups
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Knowledge of technology and best practices in channel management (preferred)
