Requirements:
- Grade 12 and Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business or related field
- Must have driver’s license and own transport
- Proven experience in a marketing or sales role, preferably in the retail industry
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and sales techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
- Support the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and social media content
- Coordinate and manage promotional events and activities
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure brand consistency and effective communication
- Maintain and update customer databases
- Assist in the preparation of sales reports and presentations
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Schedule and coordinate meetings with clients to discuss their needs and solutions
- Schedule and prepare for client visits
- Attend client sites visits as needed
- Conduct on-site meetings to understand client needs and present tailored solutions
- Ensure professional representation of the company during client visits
- Provide administrative and ad hoc support where needed within the department
