They are now looking for a dynamic social media Account Manager/ Office Administrator/Personal Assistant with extensive administrative and social media experience to support their mission. The selected candidate will report directly to the General Manager.
Location: Roodepoort, Gauteng
Position Purpose:
The Social media account manager/Office Administrator/Personal Assistant will offer extensive administrative support to senior management while ensuring the efficient operation of the office. Additionally, this role involves overseeing and improving the company’s social media presence to boost brand visibility and engage with the audience. The ideal candidate will be exceptionally organized, tech-savvy, and demonstrate a proven history of effective social media management.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
Manage and coordinate executive schedules, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
Handle incoming communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail, and respond or redirect as necessary.
Organize and maintain office files, records, and databases.
Assist with office supplies inventory and procurement.
Personal Assistance:
Provide personal administrative support to senior executives, including scheduling personal appointments and managing personal errands as needed.
Coordinate and plan company events, meetings, and special projects.
Social Media Management:
Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Create, curate, and manage published content (e.g., blog posts, social media updates, graphics, and videos).
Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and build relationships with online communities.
Stay up to date with the latest social media trends and best practices.
Additional Duties:
Assist with other administrative tasks and special projects as required.
Support HR with onboarding processes and employee communications.

Required Skills
- Personal Assistant: 4 to 5 years
- Social Media Skills: 4 to 5 years
Candidate Requirements
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Personal Assistant, or similar role.
Strong proficiency in social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram) and social media management tools.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus but not required.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 4 – 5 years of relevant experience in administrative support and social media management.
