- Proven experience in project management, with a track record of delivering complex initiatives on time and within budget.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with a structured and methodical approach to addressing challenges.
- Strong communication and influencing skills, capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated drive for results and a proactive mindset towards continuous improvement.
- Ability to build and develop knowledge within yourself and the organization, driving learning and growth.
- Experience working in a consumer-facing industry, with a deep understanding of the operational dynamics and customer-centric strategies.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and financial reporting tools, with a keen eye for optimizing these systems for operational efficiency.
