A well established company based in Brakpan is seeking a Intermediate Quality Control Manager.

Duties:

•    must be familiar with HACCP and must be able to run the system within a food environment
•    Keep track of daily COA for inbound raw materials and packaging
•    Be capable of running a small QA/QC team
•    Must have a good understanding of the principals of GMP’s and keep such running on a daily basis
•    Must be able to do daily/Weekly and monthly checks on cleaning schedules
•    Present product samples and swabs on a monthly basis with the Micros supplier
•    Keep trends of Micros and document them
•    Weekly and monthly reports on micro analysis results
•    Daily production checks on all production lines and document accurately
•    Must understand Intertek FSA Food Safety Audits and pass them
