We're seeking a results driven Direct Salesperson to generate new business opportunities, build strong relationships with customers, and drive revenue growth through direct sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customers satisfaction.
3. Conduct needs assessments, product demonstrations, and presentations.
4. Negotiate and close deals, ensuring profitable sales growth.
5. Manage sales pipeline and maintain accurate records, and provide timely sales forecasts.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, customer service) to ensure alignment.
7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions.
Candidate Requirements
Matric/N4 equivalent
Must have a valid ID/Valid passport and working permit.
Presentable.
Computer literate.
Strong customer service skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong selling skills coupled with proven track record in sales.
Experience in the customer services enviroment would be an added advantage.
You must have a strong work ethic and ability to work under pressure.
Be energetic and have a STUDENT mentality.
