Key Responsibilities
Setting targets, strategies, and action plans with key Principals to achieve objectives
Developing and enhance strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Supporting supply chain optimisation to increase local operations
Identifying key market segments where realignment of our model will provide improved outcomes
Supporting local sales teams to deliver business growth, foster cross-selling and monitor opportunities
Providing accurate forecasting and demand plan.
Identifying new potential customers / business and having strategic drive to ensure this business is gained for the purpose of volume growth per product.
Building up a product / customer data base per product under the portfolio.
Identifying and developing new products / agencies.
Technical advice to customers on the development of formulations, including appropriate sampling.
Market analysis of customers, products, competitors and application markets.
Collaborating and participating in trade fairs and customer seminars as sales promotion measures.
Responsibility for managing and creating content for marketing and publications as identified by the business.

Candidate Requirements
Qualifications and Education requirementsA Tertiary qualification/Coschem Diploma
5 -10 years’ experience
Knowledge & Skills
Extensive knowledge of the PPC and Home Care market segment.
Ability to introduce new principals and product ranges to the market.
Self-motivated individual who has the discipline to manage themselves
Excellent planning ability and execution ability.
