Job Description:
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in driving our online presence and lead generation efforts. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our brand, products, and services. Your role will encompass both paid advertising strategies and SEO optimization to maximise ROI and organic growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Paid Advertising:
- Develop, implement, and manage PPC campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Meta & more.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed to optimise results.
- Create and manage budgets, ensuring that spend is aligned with campaign goals.
- A/B test ad copy, landing pages, and targeting criteria to continually improve campaign performance.
- Experience drafting reports and compiling MBRs and QBRs.
SEO Optimization:
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research and competitive analysis to guide content creation and on-page SEO strategies.
- Optimise website content, meta tags, and URLs to improve organic search rankings.
- Develop and execute link-building strategies to enhance domain authority.
- Monitor SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and others, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
Reporting & Analysis:
- Regularly report on key metrics, campaign performance, and ROI to stakeholders.
- Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and strategy adjustments.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, paid advertising, and SEO.
Candidate Requirements
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in managing successful paid advertising campaigns across various platforms.
- In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices and experience with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and strategies.
- Experience with A/B testing and optimising ad campaigns.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other relevant digital marketing tools.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment.
Nice to haves:
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.
- Familiarity with social media management and advertising.
- Knowledge of email marketing and CRM platforms.
- General interest in Digital Marketing.
