Deliver exceptional Customer service through the managment of day to day operations ensuring a well maintained, safe, hygienic and secure store enviornment, minimize loss and shrinkage through logistic support and enforce policies and procedures.

Deliver Customer service to both internal and external Customers.

Develop, recruit, retain and lead a competent and motivated store perations team.

Co-ordinate and monitor the activites of the coach and implement appropriate performance management for coaches, qualified and trainee staff.

Support the implementation of loss and control measures.

Support the implementation of stock movement processes, truck trun around times, receiving, stock room processes, dispatching and Stores Inventory System.

Enforce dat to day security operations in store to minimise loss.

Sustain the store and equipment maintenance processes to ensure availability, functionality and safety.

Monitor the performance of Service Providers.

Control and order consumables and equipment.

Maintain health and safety procedures.

Enforce day to day hygiene operation.
