Employer: Stonebridge HR Solutions
Requirements:
- 10+ years Financial Management experience
- Manufacturing or Agriculture experience
- Cost Accounting experience
- Excellent financial management and written communication skills;
- Proven track record of fulfilling the role of a Financial Manager;
- A minimum B Comm (Accounting) degree
- Oversee the company’s financial management and internal controls
- Provide financial analysis and guidance on all activities, plans and business drivers
- Ensure that the company’s financial systems are robust, compliant and support the current activities and future growth
- Develop and control the company’s annual operating budget to ensure that all financial targets are met
- Prepare the monthly management accounts
- Present the management accounts and annual financial statements to the board of directors
- Direct and control the financial management team
- Oversee the preparation of the company’s annual financial statements
- Develop and maintain all necessary systems, policies and procedures to ensure an effective and efficient financial management system
- Develop financial and tax strategies
- Participate in key decisions as a member of the executive management team
- Oversee the company’s transaction processing systems
- Oversee the external audit with the company’s auditors
