Hospitality Systems TrainerGet your passport ready! We have a footprint in over 20 countries and we are looking for a system-savvy professional trainer to upskill our clients remotely and on-site.
Job description (Details of the position i.e. duties):
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Conduct online and on-site training as required by our clients
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Produce training videos as required
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Prepare and update training content on an ongoing basis
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Maintain and track the our demo database (including regular data cleaning)
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Continuous improvement of Training documentation and processes (SOPâs)
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Coordinate, plan and booking for travel
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Ensure training support tickets are up to date
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Continuous updating of Learn Online content
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Complete weekly feedback to all stakeholders
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Submit all required post-training feedback to clients and relevant departments
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Timeously escalate any barriers to completing training
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Maintain Training stats documentation
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Compile and present stats in internal notifications and presentations
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Ensure that training is updated with relevant Hotfix updates
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Continuous learning of our product as it evolves
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Assist with user testing
Experience, Qualifications and skills:
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â This person should have excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Strong administrative skills.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Knowledge of the tourism/hospitality industry is a plus
