The successful Applicant will provide exceptional customer service through leading the visual merchandise team by creating and implementing impactful visual displays to maximise sales.

Plan and implement visual marketing material to ensure the effective launch of promotions and special events.

Communicate marketing material for promotions to department staff.

Create visual displays in line with the visual manual.

Montior current customer profiles, observe customer influence and feedback to managment.

Manage distribution and impementation of ticketing and decor.

Manage and maintain visual equipment.

Provide input to planning.

Minimise waste and control stock usage .

Develop, recruit and lead a visual team.

Conduct performance and development discussions.
