General Administrative duties related to management of a retirement village:
- Record keeping
- Assisting with resident interface and enquiries
- Office administration
- Switchboard
- Front Desk duties (in person enquiries and assistance)
- Drafting of agendas and keeping of minutes
- Managing office supplies and equipment
- Induction of new residents
- Assistance with social events for the village
- Providing input for completion of monthly levy statements and invoices
- Handling of enquiries related to invoices and statements
- Knowledge of and adherence to all statutory requirements as may be amended from time to time
- Scheduling and management of cleaners, including leave management and general enquiries
