Their software helps estate agencies streamline operations, manage client relationships, and enhance overall efficiency. They are seeking a dynamic and experienced SaaS B2B Sales Executive to join their team and drive growth in this competitive market. As a SaaS B2B Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, targeting, and closing new business opportunities within the estate agency industry. Leveraging your industry knowledge and sales expertise, you will build and maintain strong relationships with estate agencies, understanding their needs and offering our solutions to meet those requirements. You will play a key role in driving consistent revenue growth and ensuring client satisfaction. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated, self-starter who can work independently, manage their own time effectively, and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Identify and target new business opportunities within the estate agency industry through your industry network, cold calling, and other sales tactics
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to ensure consistent revenue growth
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring that all sales targets and KPIs are met or exceeded
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in estate agencies
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the benefits and features of our estate agency SaaS solutions
- Onboard new clients, providing sufficient training and guidance to ensure a smooth transition to our platform
- Provide regular ongoing training and support to all clients, ensuring they are fully utilizing the software's capabilities
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns tailored to the estate agency market
- Provide regular feedback to the management team on market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape within the real estate industry
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system
- Ensure all sales documentation is complete and compliant with company policies

Candidate Requirements
Skills, Experience & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred)
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role in the SaaS industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts and solutions tailored for estate agencies
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
