We are on the hunt for a 10/10 Customer Service Agent !
We are looking for someone who is passionate about helping others and has experience using AI tools in their personal or professional life. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills and a knack for leveraging technology to enhance customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to Inquiries: Address customer questions via phone, email, or chat with accuracy and efficiency.
- Resolve Complaints: Handle customer issues with strong problem-solving skills and a calm demeanor.
- Manage Customer Accounts: Update account information and resolve billing disputes.
- Maintain Positive Relationships: Build rapport with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Follow Policies and Procedures: Ensure consistent and professional service by adhering to company guidelines.
Essential Skills:
- Communication: Clear, concise, and professional verbal and written communication.
- Patience: Managing difficult situations with composure.
- Problem-Solving: Identifying the root cause of issues and finding effective solutions.
- Technical Proficiency: Navigating various software.
- AI Experience: Demonstrated experience using AI tools to enhance personal or professional tasks.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service role.
- Familiarity with AI tools and their applications.
- Strong technical skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
- A degree or Diploma
