Ons kliënt is op soek na 'n hoogs georganiseerde en proaktiewe Admin Assistent vir 'n Verkoopsagent om hulle verkoopsagent te ondersteun met administratiewe take en telefoniese verkoopsaktiwiteite. Salaris: R12,500 + Kommissie
Verantwoordelikhede:
- Verskaf administratiewe ondersteuning aan die verkoopsagent, insluitend die bestuur van skedules, organisering van vergaderings en hantering van korrespondensie.
- Help met oor-die-foon verkoopsaktiwiteite, insluitend die beantwoording van inkomende oproepe en die maak van uitgaande oproepe na potensiële en bestaande kliënte.
- Berei verkoopsaansoeke voor en verwerk dit, verseker akkurate en tydige bestellingsvervulling.
- Onderhou en werk kliënterekords en inligting oor die stelsel op.
- Hanteer kliëntenavrae en verskaf inligting en ondersteuning.
- Berei verkoopsdokumentasie voor en bestuur dit, soos kontrakte, ooreenkomste, voorstelle en verkoopsverslae.
- Koördineer en skeduleer verkoopsafsprake, vergaderings en reisreëlings vir die verkoopsagent.
- Volg op met leidrade en kliënte om verkoopsaktiwiteite te ondersteun en kliënteverhoudings te verbeter.
- Onderhou en werk die kliënteverhoudingbestuurstelsel (CRM) by.
- Help verkoopsagent met Vaslegging-toepassing en enige ander ad hoc-pligte wat deur die verkoopsagent vereis word
Vereistes:
- Bewese ondervinding as 'n Assistent, Administratiewe Assistent, of in 'n soortgelyke ondersteuningsrol, verkieslik binne 'n verkoopsomgewing.
- Sterk organisatoriese en multitaakvaardighede met die vermoë om take effektief te prioritiseer.
- Uitstekende mondelinge en geskrewe kommunikasievaardighede, met 'n professionele en vriendelike telefoonmanier.
- Vaardig in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Sales Consultant Administrative Assistant
Our team is looking for a highly organized and proactive Sales Agent Admin Assistant to support the sales agent with administrative tasks and over-the-phone sales activities. The ideal candidate will ensure the efficient functioning of daily sales operations and provide excellent support to the sales agent and sales team.
Location: Lynnwood, Pretoria
Salary: R12,500 + Commission
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the sales agent, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Assist with over-the-phone sales activities, including answering inbound calls and making outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Prepare and process sales applications, ensuring accurate and timely order fulfilment.
- Maintain and update customer records and information on the system.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide information and support.
- Prepare and manage sales documentation, such as contracts, agreements, proposals, and sales reports.
- Coordinate and schedule sales appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for the sales agent.
- Follow up with leads and clients to support sales activities and enhance customer relationships.
- Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Assist sales agent with Capturing application and any other ad-hoc duties required by the sales agent
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar support role, preferably within a sales environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and friendly phone manner.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and proactively, as well as part of a team.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
