The Internal Sales Consultant will be responsible for managing warm, prequalified leads generated internally through social media platforms and other channels. The primary objective is to contact these leads, close deals, confirm details, and complete application forms. The role focusses on follow-up and lead management rather than cold calling. This role is ideal for a driven and organized individual looking to make an impact in the financial services sector by helping small businesses secure funding.
Minimum Requirements:
A BCom Degree
2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in financial services.
Experience in customer interaction, especially within a sales or call center environment.
Familiarity with financial products or funding for small businesses is advantageous.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously.
Proficiency in lead management and CRM systems.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong coordination skills to ensure seamless follow-up and deal closure.
A proactive and customer-focused approach.
A vehicle is not required but would be beneficial for this role.
Must be highly organized and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Contact and follow up with prequalified leads to close deals.
Confirm and verify lead details, ensuring all necessary information is collected.
Complete and process application forms with the leads.
Communicate effectively via telephone and chat portals to build and maintain relationships with clients.
Manage a large volume of leads using the company’s CRM system.
Coordinate and track the progress of each lead from initial contact to deal closure.
Ensure all client interactions are documented accurately and in a timely manner.
