- A background in Hospitality HR in 5* Luxury Hotel / Lodge environment
- Valid Drivers License

- Proficient user of MS Office
- Proficient user of SAGE People 300 payroll software
- Conversant with Hospitality and HR Technical terminology
- Conversant with Hospitality organizational structures and roles
- Expertise in recruitment and Learning and Development (L&D) strategies
- Expertise in Employment Equity and B-BBEE strategies and reporting
- 5 years' experience in HR function in a hospitality environment
- Previous experience in L&D
- Previous experience in Recruitment
- Previous experience in Performance Management
- Ability to comprehend, develop and communicate abstract concepts
- Ability to correctly communicate detailed information and instruction to others
- Operate comfortably in an environment of high levels of ambiguity
