- Operational Management:

- Staff Management:
- Lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team of department heads and staff.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide training and development opportunities.
- Ensure proper staffing levels and manage employee schedules.
- Financial Management:
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for the hotel.
- Monitor departmental expenses and implement cost-control measures where necessary.
- Work closely with the General Manager to achieve financial targets and profitability.
- Health & Safety:
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular safety audits and implement corrective actions where necessary.
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and staff.
- Sales & Marketing:
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to promote the hotel’s services and amenities.
- Support initiatives to drive occupancy rates, maximize revenue, and enhance the hotel’s brand image.
- Reporting & Communication:
- Prepare regular reports on operational performance for the General Manager and other stakeholders.
- Facilitate effective communication between departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Represent the hotel in meetings and external events as required.
Job Overview:
The Operations Manager will be responsible for the overall management of the hotel's operations, ensuring the highest levels of guest satisfaction and operational efficiency. This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of hotel management, and the ability to manage multiple departments simultaneously.

Candidate Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in hotel operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial role in a 4 or 5-star hotel.
- Skills:
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost management.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and MS Office.
- The role requires a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays, based on the needs of the hotel.
- The Operations Manager will be expected to be hands-on and present during peak periods to oversee operations and manage guest relations.
