Roles and responsibilities
- Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring a positive experience.
- Assist customers with resolving issues, troubleshooting problems, and providing solutions to meet their needs.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to effectively address customer questions and concerns.
- Document customer interactions and transactions, including inquiries, complaints, and comments, in our CRM system.
- Gather and report customer feedback to help improve products, services, and processes.
- Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure seamless customer service and support.
Candidate Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in Marketing industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and composure.
