Position Overview:
As an Assistant to the Onboarding Manager, you will support the Onboarding Manager in ensuring the seamless integration of new properties into our rental management program. Your role will involve meticulously executing the onboarding process, conducting minimum requirement checks, and maintaining accurate records. You will communicate with property owners, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and professionally. Collaboration with various departments is essential to ensure a smooth flow of information and efficient execution of vital processes.
Responsibilities:
1. Onboarding Execution:
- Support the end-to-end onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new properties into our management program.
- Conduct thorough minimum requirement checks and maintenance reports in a timely and efficient manner.
2. Owner Communication:
- Communicate effectively and promptly with property owners, addressing their needs and concerns professionally.
- Provide owners with detailed information on the onboarding process and timelines.
3. Listing Accuracy:
- Ensure that each live listing is accurate and optimized to maximize the property's chances of achieving high occupancy.
- Collaborate with owners to gather and update relevant information for listings.
4. Cross-Departmental Collaboration:
- Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination throughout the onboarding process.
- Facilitate the flow of information to the necessary departments to meet onboarding timelines
5. Scheduling and Coordination:
- Assist in scheduling, sourcing, and coordinating vital processes and functions to expedite the listing launch.
- Pay meticulous attention to detail, ensuring no task is too small in the pursuit of efficient onboarding.
Required Skills
- Admin: 1 to 2 years
- Tourism: 1 year or less

Proven Experience:
- Demonstrated experience in property management, onboarding, or a closely related field.
- Previous success in supporting end-to-end onboarding processes.

Previous Property Management or Client Onboarding Experience:
