Key Responsibilities:
Sales Generation:
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets for the TA230 articulated dump truck and Wheel Excavator
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Product Knowledge and Presentation:
Develop an in-depth understanding of the TA230 articulated dump truck and wheel excavator, including features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers, highlighting the TA230's capabilities and suitability for their specific needs.
Market Analysis:
Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Provide feedback to management on market trends and customer needs to inform product development and sales strategies.
Negotiation and Closing:
Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotations.
Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements to close deals effectively.
Reporting and Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status.
Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.

Candidate Requirements
Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. Relevant experience may substitute for education.
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience in the heavy machinery or construction equipment industry, preferably with a focus on articulated dump trucks.
Skills:
Strong understanding of heavy machinery and articulated dump trucks.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.
Personal Attributes:
Self-motivated and results oriented.
Strong problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Additional Requirements:
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently within the sales territory.
Ability to conduct physical inspections and demonstrations of heavy machinery.
