We’re on the hunt for a Senior Operations Manager!

Are you skilled in managing market conduct and risk portfolios? If you’re passionate about creating impactful solutions and thrive in dynamic environments, we want you on our team!  

This person will be responsible for ensuring that the Market Conduct and Risk portfolio has the necessary leadership capacity to safeguard the business and achieve strategic objectives.

If you've got the following:

• 3-year degree in Business Management or equivalent.
• Agile Certification (or equivalent), R.E certified.
• 3 - 5 Years leadership experience within an Operations environment.
• Develop and optimize QA, Forensics and Market Conduct processes to enhance efficiency and
  effectiveness.
• Ensure that Department processes are clearly defined and documented in Standard Operating
  Procedures (SOPs).
