Job Summary:To oversee existing HP Indigo accounts. This role has a multifaceted approach, encompassing various responsibilities related to customer relationships, account growth, and technical coordination.Areas of responsibility include
Account Relationship Management:The primary focus of this role is to establish and nurture strong relationships with all stakeholders within the existing HP Indigo accounts. This includes business owners, managing directors (MDs), CEOs, operational, finance and sales teams, and press operators.
Pricing and
Margin Management:The Account Manager is expected to manage pricing and profit margins for the accounts. This may involve negotiating pricing structures, optimizing costs, and ensuring profitability for both Companys and the clients.
Increasing Clicks and
Work Volume:A significant aspect of the role is to improve the utilization of HP presses within each account. This includes increasing the number of clicks (printing impressions) and the overall volume of work produced on these presses.
Technical Coordination:Collaboration with the companys technical team is crucial to manage the life spans of consumables. This ensures that consumable supplies are efficiently used, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.
Account Growth:The Account Manager should work closely with clients to identify opportunities for account expansion. This might involve encouraging clients to invest in additional HP presses in the future, thereby growing company's business.
Reporting Structure: The role will report to the HP Business Development Executive, indicating that this position plays a critical role in the growth and development of company's HP business segment.

Candidate Requirements
Minimum requirements for this position include:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proven experience in customer service, account management, or a similar customerfacing role.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
Strong problemsolving abilities and the capacity to think critically in highpressure situations.
Empathy and patience to understand customer concerns and provide suitable solutions.
Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in using various communication tools.
Analytical mindset to interpret customer data and make datadriven decisions.
Sales or upselling experience is a plus.
