Role Overview:
As the Executive Assistant to our Chief Operating Officer (COO), you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our company's growth in a fast-paced and highly competitive environment. You will provide meticulous administrative support, enabling the COO to execute vital strategies and coordinate various departments.

What this position entails:
- Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support, managing the COO's calendar, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments.
- Communication Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact between the COO and stakeholders, handling incoming communications and ensuring prompt responses.
- Information Management: Organize and maintain important documents, records, and files, including drafting and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Meeting Coordination: Plan and prepare for meetings attended by the COO, including taking meeting minutes and tracking action items.
- Project Support: Assist in managing key projects and initiatives, involving research, data analysis, and report preparation.
- Confidentiality and Discretion: Handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality and discretion, maintaining trust and professionalism.
- Task Prioritization: Help prioritize tasks and deadlines, proactively identifying opportunities to streamline processes.
- Team Coordination: Collaborate with the COO to ensure departmental and organizational goals are met and drive cross-functional collaboration.
- Problem Solving: Proactively identify and address challenges, offering critical thinking and insights to the COO.
As the Executive Assistant to the COO and Partners, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing the COO's efficiency, facilitating communication, and contributing to the organization's success in a dynamic and growing environment.

- Property Management: 1 year or less

Qualifications, Knowledge & Previous Experience Requirements:
- Experience in Business Administration (or equivalent) is desirable.
- Proficiency in Canva and Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Familiarity with task management apps like ASANA is advantageous.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail and deadlines.
- Self-starter who can work independently with minimal direction.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality.|
