Job Vacancy Description:
Soughted is on the lookout for a passionate and skilled Senior Communications and Guest Experience Agent who thrives in a fast-paced, exciting environment. This role, which includes managerial duties, demands exceptional customer service, an ability to work independently as well as within a team, and a commitment to driving customer satisfaction. In addition to the responsibilities mentioned below, the successful candidate will collaborate closely with all departments to ensure the delivery of an unparalleled guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and responding to guest messages on various platforms
- Overseeing booking alterations through the designated platforms
- Providing guests with check-in information, where applicable
- Coordinating with guests to manage ETA for manual check-ins
- Handling guest calls concerning booking queries and arrivals
- Managing guest communication on WhatsApp
- Updating property listings on various booking platforms from start to finish
- Maximizing property visibility and appeal through effective listing management
- Following up with guests for key return after check-out
- Creating targeted listings for Property Managers based on assigned tasks and integrating them into our software
Required Skills
- Guest Management: 1 to 2 years
- Guest Booking: 1 year or less
