REQUIREMENTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise meat cutting and packaging
- Maintain display cases
- Ensure customer orders are fulfilled.
- Address customer complaints
- Manage budget data
- responsible for all meats, ingredients and materials that is assigned
- Controlling of stock and orders for butchery meat and meat stores
- Cutting, grinding and preparing meats for sale.
- Cleaning and maintaining tools and equipment and ensuring displays and signage are accurate and attractive.
- Weighing, packaging, pricing, and displaying products.
- Keeping records, budgets, and inventory.
